The Village of Richmond Hill Business Improvement Area’s

Annual General Meeting

All BIA Members will be sent their invitations by email and mail for this year’s Annual General Meeting, shortly.

Come and meet your fellow BIA members and network with them, enjoy a presentation about all of the exciting activities in the Richmond Hill BIA in 2023, learn what the Richmond Hill BIA Board and staff have planned for 2024, and review Budget 2024.

In addition, there will be information from the City of Richmond Hill’s Economic Development Team regarding grant information for improvements to your building and programs for businesses to enhance their business operations.

Each BIA member will have 1 vote and will be required to complete a form in advance of the meeting and RSVP their attendance. The Richmond Hill BIA staff needs the RSVP and form to confirm your membership and vote for the Annual General Meeting.

It takes a village to build an amazing community, so if you have a desire to volunteer to be a part of all of the great activities happening in our Richmond Hill BIA or have feedback or suggestions on how we can enhance our business community, be sure to attend and let the staff and Board know. Together, we will make the Village of Richmond Hill BIA amazing!
